AI Video Editor & Content Assistant

**Job Title:** AI Video Editor & Content Assistant – Fashion Brand (Style by Rose) **Project Overview:** Style by Rose is a growing fashion and lifestyle content brand focused on affordable fashion with a luxury feel. The content will combine fashion styling, handbags, shoes, humor, realistic AI visuals, and engaging storytelling designed for women who enjoy fashion and complete outfit inspiration. The overall aesthetic is stylish, polished, and relatable while creating a “rich auntie/luxury-on-a-budget” feel. I am seeking a creative and dependable AI Video Editor/Content Assistant who can help build and grow this brand using AI-assisted tools and editing techniques. I am looking for someone interested in developing a long-term working relationship and helping bring the overall vision to life. **IMPORTANT: FIRST MONTH DEVELOPMENT PHASE** The first month will focus primarily on creating and establishing a consistent AI foundation before regular content production begins. **Phase 1: AI Model Development (Week 1–2)** Responsibilities include: * Work with me to create a realistic and reusable AI model * Collaborate and exchange ideas to make the model look as realistic and natural as possible * Maintain consistency in facial appearance and body proportions * Develop multiple hairstyle options for the AI model including: * straight styles * curls * ponytails * updos * various other looks for content variety * Create different facial expressions and natural poses * Ensure the model maintains a consistent appearance across videos **Phase 2: Background & Brand Environment Development (Week 2–3)** Responsibilities include establishing a consistent visual brand environment. The main recurring setting will be: * a realistic luxury closet environment * luxury-style shelves and displays * handbags displayed throughout the background * shoes displayed throughout the background * elegant styling elements that create a polished luxury feel * a visually appealing and consistent aesthetic that gives a rich, stylish, fashion-forward atmosphere The goal is to create a recognizable and consistent brand look that viewers immediately associate with Style by Rose. **Phase 3: Content Production Workflow (Week 3–4 and Ongoing)** Once the AI model and brand environment are established, regular content creation will begin. I will provide: * voiceovers * clothing selections for the week * creative direction * overall brand ideas The Content Assistant/Editor will: * place selected outfits onto the AI model * add matching handbags * add coordinating shoes * change hairstyles when appropriate * create visual outfit combinations * create camera movement and engaging transitions * incorporate humor and personality where appropriate * maintain visual consistency **Weekly Content Responsibilities (Ongoing)** Create and edit: **5 short-form videos weekly** * approximately 50 seconds each * primarily for TikTok * may also be repurposed for YouTube Shorts **2 long-form videos weekly** * approximately 12 minutes each Long-form videos will expand on: * outfit details * colors * sizes * styling suggestions * handbag combinations * shoe combinations * additional visual explanations and commentary Some long-form content will incorporate selected clips from short-form videos to create expanded and more detailed content. **Additional Responsibilities** * Create thumbnails/video covers for all content * Sync editing with voiceovers * Organize files and workflow efficiently * Use AI tools to streamline editing and content production * Maintain brand consistency throughout all content **Preferred Skills** Experience with some or all of the following: * CapCut * Adobe Premiere Pro * Adobe Photoshop * Canva * AI image/video software * Short-form and YouTube editing * Fashion or lifestyle content preferred **Compensation** * Monthly project-based arrangement * Initial starter budget approximately $500–600 monthly * Potential for increases as the brand grows **Additional Information** I am looking for someone dependable, creative, collaborative, and open to building something long term.
