Video Editor / AI Content Assistant

Hi, We’re looking for a second video editor / AI content assistant to help us scale our ads and organic content faster. We already have one editor, but we need an additional person so we can produce, test and publish more content at a higher speed. Our workflow is very structured: 1. We film raw footage such as vlogs, screen recordings, educational videos, ads and behind-the-scenes content. 2. Our virality expert reviews the raw footage and provides timestamps + direction. 3. Based on those timestamps, you cut the raw footage into a cleaner version. We call this “Raw Footage 2.0”. 4. Our virality expert then reviews Raw Footage 2.0 and provides new timestamps for the final content. 5. You then cut those timestamps into final short-form and long-form videos. The final videos will be used for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, LinkedIn and other platforms. Main tasks: * Cut raw footage based on timestamps from our virality expert * Create Raw Footage 2.0 from the original footage * Cut Raw Footage 2.0 into final short-form and long-form videos * Use AI tools to help with cutting, editing, clip selection and speeding up the workflow * Use AI tools to generate Dutch subtitles * Check and correct subtitles where needed * Make sure videos are clean, well-paced and ready to publish * Follow our existing workflow and editing style * Work together with our current editor and content team You do not need to decide the strategy or come up with content angles yourself. The virality expert provides the direction and timestamps. Your role is to execute accurately, quickly and consistently. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable and comfortable following a repeatable workflow. This is not mainly about flashy editing. Accuracy, speed, clean cuts and subtitle quality are more important. Requirements: * Experience with short-form editing * Experience with long-form editing * Experience working with timestamps * Experience using AI tools for video cutting, editing, clip selection and subtitles * Good sense of pacing and clean cuts * Comfortable with tools such as Vizard AI, OpusClip, Descript, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar * Able to work fast and independently * Reliable communication * Good file organization * Willing to follow our existing process and improve speed over time Please send: 1. We need someone who is accurate with timestamps, fast with AI tools, organized, reliable and able to follow a clear content workflow.
