LadyBet is seeking a highly skilled, freelance Short-Form Video Editor and Content Creator to produce viral-ready, faceless content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The content will focus entirely on the sports betting niche, delivering educational breakdowns of betting mechanics, daily sports news, and analytical picks. This role requires transforming raw voiceovers and pick data into high-retention, fast-paced videos without the need for an on-camera host. Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Production: Edit 30–60 second vertical videos featuring dynamic b-roll, game highlights, and engaging text overlays. Content Conceptualization: Transform complex betting concepts (e.g., parlays, moneylines, spreads) and trending sports news into digestible, visually appealing short-form stories. Visual Asset Sourcing: Acquire and utilize relevant game footage, player graphics, and sports imagery to maintain a high-quality visual narrative. Graphic Overlays: Design and animate on-screen graphics, including betting odds boards, pick cards, and player statistics. Pacing & Retention: Implement aggressive hook punch-ins for the critical first 3 seconds and ensure rapid pacing to maximize viewer retention. Requirements Proven Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in faceless short-form content, specifically within the sports or betting niches. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in industry-standard video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or After Effects). Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of current trends, SEO, and algorithm preferences for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
