Summary

We are hiring a Video Editor & Content Creator to produce video and static content for e-commerce brands. This role is focused on creating creatives for paid ads, organic social content, and brand marketing. You will work with briefs, scripts, raw footage, product assets, UGC clips, images, reviews, and references to create platform-ready content. We are looking for someone who can edit quickly, follow direction, take feedback, and create clean, engaging content that clearly communicates the product message. The Role You will create content for e-commerce marketing campaigns. This includes: Editing short-form videos for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Creating static ad creatives for paid campaigns and brand content. Turning scripts, raw footage, product videos, UGC clips, screenshots, reviews, and images into finished creatives. Adding captions, text overlays, hooks, transitions, music, sound effects, product highlights, and CTAs. Creating multiple versions of the same creative for testing. Resizing and adapting creatives for different platforms and placements. Supporting the creative and growth teams with consistent content production. The goal is to help produce a steady volume of high-quality creatives for ads and social content. What You’ll Own Video Editing Edit short-form videos for paid ads and organic content. Create strong openings that grab attention quickly. Add captions, overlays, product callouts, transitions, music, and sound effects. Maintain clear pacing, structure, and visual flow. Format videos for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other placements. Create variations based on different hooks, CTAs, formats, and messages. Static Creative Creation Create static ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns. Design product-focused graphics, promotional creatives, testimonial creatives, comparison creatives, and offer creatives. Use brand assets and guidelines correctly. Resize creatives for different ad placements and social formats. Content Production Work from creative briefs and scripts. Use product footage, UGC clips, stock assets, screenshots, customer reviews, and brand visuals. Organize project files clearly. Deliver creatives in the required formats. Make revisions quickly based on feedback. What Matters in This Role Your content should be: Clear Fast-paced Product-focused Easy to understand Cleanly edited Suitable for paid ads Suitable for social media Aligned with the brief Delivered on time You do not need to own the full creative strategy, but you should care about creating content that supports marketing performance. What We’re Looking For Experience editing short-form videos. Ability to create static creatives. Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools. Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ad formats. Good sense of pacing, captions, hooks, and visual structure. Ability to follow briefs and take feedback. Ability to create multiple creative variations. Fast execution and attention to detail. Interest in e-commerce, ad creatives, social content, and performance marketing. Full-time availability preferred. Nice to Have Experience editing UGC-style ads. Experience creating content for e-commerce or DTC brands. Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives. Ability to source stock footage, music, product visuals, and references. Basic copywriting sense for hooks, headlines, and CTAs. Motion graphics experience is a plus. This Role Is Not For You If You only want to make cinematic videos. You are not comfortable making revisions. You do not like working from briefs. You cannot meet deadlines. You are not interested in ad creatives or social content. You cannot create both video and static content. You are not open to feedback. How to Apply Please send: A short introduction about yourself. If you can edit short-form videos, create static creatives, follow briefs, and support e-commerce ad production, this role is a strong fit.
