We are looking for a person 100% of these capabilities: Technical Skills: -Versatile in DaVinci Resolve and all of its programs -Application of Transitions -Execution and Proper Application of VFX and SFX -Creating Immersive Content Experiences -Deriving a Visual Hook and Applying It! -Application of Storyboarding and Storyplanning -Ability to Study the Client and Understand the Brand to Perfection -Music/Non Music Application -Use relevant and trending music -Responsive Editing -Masking and Tracking -Color Grading for both RAW and LOG Footage (application of LUTS) -Keying with Green Screens -Implementation of Text Effects and Animated Text -Color Matching -Music Syncing -Rotoscoping -Cleanplating existing content -Logo Animation -Animation of Objects -Freezeframing -Splitscreening -Theming Execution -If it's for an advertisement, apply thematic text based on the consistency of the branding when appropriate based on the mood, the tone and the uniqueness of the content -Navigate Envato and apply elements accordingly Critical Analysis Skills: -Storytelling -Finding Workarounds in Filming Circumstances that may not be ideal -Derive Themes from Messaging -Understand the Content that's being created or has been created in the past -Ability to understand strategy and apply accordingly Implicit Theming Communication Skills: -Ability to answer the phone or emails in a timely manner (within minutes) -Ability to articulate the creatives -Ability to respond quickly and be transparent -Honesty and Transparency in everything that is done -Respectful Engagement Execution Skills: -Ability to be unilaterally creative -Ability to follow creative directions when specified -Ability to analyze content and be unique to the respective client that he or she is working with -Ability to work in a team environment when necessary -Ability to work independently -Ability to meet structured deadlines -Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and protocol -Ability for self-criticism -Ability to maintain brand consistency and understanding Communication Skills: -Able to respond when contacted in a prompt manner Protocols: -Deliverables: Always 4K 30FPS (unless directed otherwise) -Aspect Ratios: Depending on the client's request, which I will provide to you in Asana, I will send them accordingly -Storyboard Session for Major Videos: That will be requested and I will communicate with you and the client -Think Creatively - I do not want to be providing art direction or creative direction.
