What you'll do You'll own video creative across our entire ad funnel. Every week you'll be producing short-form VSLs, UGC edits, and animated pieces that go straight to scale on Meta. You'll work side by side with our creative strategists and copywriters, turning briefs and competitor inspiration into ads that print. This isn't a sit-back-and-execute role. We move fast, we test fast, and we expect you to bring ideas — not just hands. What you'll be making -Faceless short-form VSLs (2–5 minutes) — multiple formats, multiple angles. Strong hooks, layered b-roll, motion graphics, captions, tight pacing throughout. The kind of VSL that holds a cold viewer all the way to the CTA -UGC ads — editing creator footage into scroll-stopping ads. Hook-first, fast cuts, native feel, captions that punch -Pixar-style animated ads — fully animated explainer ads that bring mechanisms, ingredients, and stories to life. Character-driven, polished, on-brand -Variants and iterations — every winning ad gets hook variants, intro swaps, and angle tests. Speed of iteration matters as much as the original concept -Competitor-inspired creative — we study what's working in the market and build smarter, better versions. You'll be a key part of that process -Aspect ratios done right — 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9 What you'll be working with -The full modern AI video stack: Higgsfield, Kling, Heygen, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs, Sora, Midjourney — and whatever new tool drops next week -Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, whatever tool fits your skill. -A creative team that actually knows what it's doing — strategists, copywriters, and a media buyer who'll give you fast, useful feedback What we're looking for -Proven experience editing DR / performance video ads — ideally supplements, health, or another DTC vertical -Strong short-form VSL chops — you understand retention, pacing, b-roll layering, and how to keep a viewer locked in for 2–5 minutes -Solid UGC editing skills — hooks that land in the first 2 seconds, native feel, captions in sync -3D/Pixar-style animation experience — through traditional pipelines, AI tools, or a hybrid workflow. Portfolio examples required -Hands-on fluency with the AI video stack — Higgsfield, Kling, Heygen at minimum -Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve mastery; After Effects a strong plus -Strong instincts for sound design and music — a huge part of what makes an ad hit -Fast turnaround — multiple finished ads + variants per week, not per month -Fluent English (written and spoken) -Reliable, communicative, organized — you follow briefs without being chased Nice to have -Supplement or health DR background -Motion graphics / After Effects template library -Voiceover direction experience (briefing AI voices or human VOs) -Familiarity with Notion, Frame.io, or similar review workflows What we offer -Competitive monthly salary — paid on time, every time -100% remote — work from home, set up your space however you want -A real seat at the table — your work directly drives the brand.
