# Video Editor + Digital Content Assistant | Long-Term We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented creative to support content production for two automotive dealerships. **Video editing is the primary responsibility**, with additional creative and digital marketing projects based on weekly production needs. We're looking for someone long-term who is reliable, communicates well, and takes pride in delivering polished work. ## Video Editing * Edit short-form vertical content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube Shorts * Edit 5–15 minute horizontal YouTube videos * Follow detailed creative briefs, scripts and voiceovers * Source B-roll when needed * Create accurate captions, hooks and CTAs * Color correct footage and add appropriate music, graphics, transitions and sound design * Complete revisions promptly * Organize project files ## Creative + Marketing Support When editing volume is lighter, projects may include: * Canva carousels and social graphics * Google Business Profile graphics * Event flyers * Resizing and formatting images * Updating website staff images * Business cards and existing marketing templates * Organizing digital assets * Occasional social media scheduling Templates and brand guidelines are provided. ## What Matters Most We're looking for someone who: * Has exceptional attention to detail * Proofreads and watches every final export before submitting * Has strong English comprehension * Follows instructions carefully * Communicates proactively * Meets agreed-upon deadlines * Makes thoughtful creative decisions * Can manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality * Is comfortable receiving feedback and applying it to future work Premiere Pro experience is preferred, but strong editors using other professional software will be considered. Canva experience is strongly preferred. ## Our Quality Standard A video isn't finished when the editing is finished. It's finished after you've watched the **final exported file from beginning to end** and completed a quality-control check. Videos should never be submitted with incorrect captions, spelling errors, black bars, uncovered frames, incorrect aspect ratios, poor-quality footage, inconsistent branding or missed instructions. We value polished work over rushed work. ## Availability You must have consistent availability **Monday–Friday during 10 AM–6 PM Pacific Time** for communication, assignments and revisions. Weekly workload may vary depending on our content calendar, events and production schedule.
