We're on the lookout for a skilled and driven Video Editor to become a core part of our creative team. This is a full-time, long-term position — we're not just looking for someone to churn out content, but someone who genuinely cares about the performance of what they create. The role: You'll be producing video and image creatives primarily for Meta ads across multiple brands. Your work won't stop at the edit — you'll be expected to understand why a creative performs, take those learnings, and apply them to everything you make next. We move fast, we test a lot, and we need someone who can keep up and think ahead. What you'll be doing: -Editing video creatives for Meta ad campaigns across different brands -Analyzing the performance of your creatives and using that data to inform the next round of content -Collaborating closely with the team to ensure creatives are on-brand, on-brief, and ready to perform What we need from you: You're a strong video editor — that's a given. But what sets you apart is that you understand the strategy behind a good creative. You know what makes someone stop scrolling, you know how to hook attention in the first two seconds, and you know how to read ad metrics and translate them into better content. You're also genuinely comfortable with AI tools — not just curious about them, but actively using them in your workflow, especially for image creation and enhancement. On top of that, you're organized, reliable, and reachable. We work across time zones and move quickly, so we need someone who is available for at least 6 hours per day and responds in a timely manner. Tools you should already be working with: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Photoshop Canva Figma CapCut AI image/video tools (whatever's in your stack — we want to hear about it) We're not going to hand you everything — you bring your own tools and licenses. We provide the briefs, the brands, and the creative direction. You bring the execution.
