Video Editor (Gaming Content) - Indie Game Studio

Tentworks Interactive is looking for a freelance Video Editor to help create engaging content for Becoming Pablo, our upcoming strategy and management game. Most of the work will involve editing gameplay footage into content for social media, marketing campaigns, and community engagement. Occasionally, there may be requests for videos showcasing specific in-game systems or features. Responsibilities: Edit gameplay footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and other social platforms Edit gameplay showcases and feature highlight videos Edit B-roll footage and in-game cinematic captures Add text, captions, transitions, music, and basic motion graphics where appropriate Deliver videos optimized for different platforms and aspect ratios Requirements Previous experience editing gaming content Strong sense of pacing and storytelling Ability to turn raw gameplay footage into engaging content Proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication skills Nice to Have Experience editing strategy, simulation, or management games Motion graphics experience Familiarity with Steam and PC gaming communities Thumbnail design experience To Apply Please provide: Portfolio or previous work samples Examples of gaming-related content you've edited (if available) Your preferred rate (hourly or per project) Your availability We are looking for someone who can work with us on an ongoing basis as our marketing efforts grow.
