Our goal is to empower MSPs with automation, optimization, and scalability tools to enhance their operations. Role Overview We're not hunting for someone who just trims clips and slaps on transitions. We need a video editor who can actually build stuff from scratch, generate frames and shots with AI, and make it all move. What You'll Do Edit real video that people want to watch Generate shots and frames with AI when we don't have footage, or when shooting it would take too long Add motion design that makes a piece feel alive, not stock Take a rough idea and turn it into something finished without multiple rounds of revisions Ensure videos meet brand and quality standards Qualifications Core editing in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut AI video generation experience. You should know your way around tools like Seedance, Higgsfield, Veo 3, or Sora, generating frames and shots that actually cut into a real edit Motion design basics. Clean animated text, transitions, and simple graphics that don't scream "template" Comfortable working with Claude daily for scripting, ideation, and workflow optimization Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to produce visually engaging content Ability to work independently and deliver on time English at a working proficiency level (B1+) Bonus points if you've worked with fast-moving teams and don't need a 12-step approval process to ship
