Video Editor & Instagram Content Manager for Daily Test Reels

I’m looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Video Editor to help grow my Instagram account through daily Test Reels. I run a German-speaking online business in the coaching space with 20K followers. I have a large library of B-roll footage (travel, lifestyle, business moments, daily life, etc.). Your responsibilities would be: * Select suitable B-roll clips from my footage library * Create simple, engaging Test Reels (4–6 seconds) * Use either one clip or combine multiple clips when appropriate * Add trending sounds * Post 3 Test Reels per day on Instagram * Help identify which types of videos perform best and contribute to audience growth I Will Provide * Hooks and caption (in German) * Access to all B-roll footage * Brand guidelines and examples of content I like Ideal Candidate * Experienced with Instagram growth and short-form content * Understands trends and knows how to pick viral sounds * Has a good eye for aesthetics and luxury lifestyle content * Organized and reliable with daily posting To Apply Please send: 1.
