Video Editor Junior for Ongoing Projects (Reels/Shorts/TikToks)

Hi freelancers! I am an independent video editor and producer currently handling a high volume of work for international agency clients. I am looking for a reliable, sharp, and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to team up with for long-term, ongoing monthly projects. For our upcoming projects, we will be working with packages of short-form videos (batches of 5 to 10 Reels/Shorts per client, around 8-30 seconds each). The raw material is mostly UGC footage captured on smartphones, and a clear brief/script will be provided for each video. Your Role: - Do the rough cut, clear out dead spaces/silences, and select the best takes. - Add dynamic captions/subtitles (flawless English grammar is a MUST). - Add basic b-roll, transitions, and engaging elements to maintain high retention. - Deliver the first draft within 48 hours of receiving the raw footage. Requirements: - Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
