I'm building a fast-growing personal brand around an entrepreneurial comeback story. The footage is shot and ready, I need a sharp short-form editor to turn raw clips into scroll-stopping Reels and Shorts. Starting at 3 videos/week, with room to grow into a long-term role for the right person.
