Video Editor (Long form, shorts, and Photoshop) - FULL TIME

Looking for a video editor to handle ongoing content production. Work includes: * Edit long-form videos * Cut long-form into multiple short-form clips * Produce both long and short content * Create thumbnails (Photoshop) * High output volume (multiple posts daily) * Fast turnaround Important This is not a task-by-task editing role. You will be expected to: * Identify strong clip opportunities from long-form content * Suggest hooks and short ideas * Flag weak sections or pacing issues * Recommend improvements to format or structure * Work with minimal direction If you need step-by-step instructions for every task, this role is not a fit.
