Video Editor - Meta Ads/IG Reels

I'm going to keep this simple... I need a kick ass video editor. You take raw footage, b-roll clips and a brief and turn it into a finished/edited advertisement or piece of content for IG reels. We are a small, scrappy DTC site growing fast. I have done most of the editing myself, and simply cannot spend enough time to get enough finished assets created. You should have a strong understanding of Meta ad frameworks. Hooks and retention strategy. Audio nuances. Visual cues. Pacing. Ad formats will include: founder ads, b-roll mashups with narrative storytelling, motion ads, product specific, testimonials/social proof Social formats would be mostly founder stuff or simpler edits of raw footage. Possibly use AI to help with some graphic/video asset creation as well. Here's how it'll work: I am going to hire 5 editors to start and dump a folder of footage + a straight forward script and some instructions/brief. You spend anywhere from 1-3 hours to get me something. I want to see what you can deliver in a limited time under pressure. But rest assured - I am not a high pressure boss. I'm not going to harass you. Or push you about hours you're billing me. I just want someone reliable who can help me out with no drama and some skillz to pay the billz :)
