Video Editor / Motion Designer / AI Content Creator (Long-Term)

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile content creator to join our team long-term for high-volume social media content production and community management support. This is not a one-off freelance mission. We’re looking for someone reliable, fast, creative, and capable of producing content consistently over time. About the role You will help us produce large volumes of short-form content for: Social media campaigns and Community management content The objective is to create modern, premium, engaging content on a continuous basis. Required Skills You MUST combine all of these skills: -Strong video editing -Motion design -AI-generated video/content workflows -Creative direction & artistic sense You should be comfortable using tools such as: Veo, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, other modern AI creative tools Important We are NOT looking for: -basic editors -template-only creators -pure executors without ideas We want someone who: -understands social media attention mechanics -can propose concepts and visual directions -knows how to create retention-driven content -has strong artistic taste -can work fast while maintaining quality -understands branding and premium aesthetics We are looking for someone available for: -recurring weekly work -high content volume -long-term collaboration -scaling production over time Consistency and reliability are extremely important.
