Video Editor Needed - 60s Sizzle Edit for People-Led Interview Series - Travel / Mini-Doc Style We are Pensara, a creative production company making social-first content for travel, hospitality and lifestyle brands, including airlines, destinations and tourism clients. We are looking for an excellent editor to create a 60-second sizzle / promo edit for a people-led interview series. The project is based around interview footage, b-roll and documentary-style storytelling. The edit needs to feel polished, emotional, dynamic and premium - not just a basic sequence of nice shots cut to music. This first job is a defined paid project, but we are also looking for editors we can build a longer-term relationship with. If this goes well, there is strong potential for regular work across mini-docs, travel films, social cutdowns, brand films and campaign content. What we need for this first project * A 60s sizzle edit for a people-led interview series * Strong story shaping from interviews and b-roll * A dynamic, emotive, social-first edit * Music-driven pacing, but with proper narrative structure * Light sound design where useful * Polished transitions and creative techniques where appropriate * A premium finish suitable for high-end travel and brand clients The style We are not looking for generic corporate editing or simple “cut to the beat” social videos. You need to be able to create something with feeling, rhythm and tension. The best fit will understand how to take interview material and turn it into something that feels cinematic, human, modern and commercially strong. You must be genuinely experienced Please only apply if you have several strong examples of similar work. We are looking for someone with strong creative instincts, excellent taste and high attention to detail. We would rather work with someone who takes pride in making the edit great than someone who simply wants to finish as quickly as possible. Important workflow requirement You will need to work in Adobe Premiere Pro. For this project and future projects, we may ask you to work through our remote desktop setup, using a computer in our office. This allows our team to collaborate properly, jump in for revisions, and keep projects organised. Because of that, you will need: * A strong internet connection, ideally 50mbit+ * A ping time to London of under 40ms * To be based in the UK, Western Europe, or close enough to the UK for the remote setup to work smoothly Please include your internet speed test results when applying.
