Video Editor Needed to Edit an Online Course

We are looking for a video editor to help edit a professional online course about SAP S/4HANA. The course is a screen-recorded training course with the instructor’s camera in the corner. The instructor provides lesson recordings, slides, scripts, raw Camtasia/source files, and exported MP4s. We need an editor to turn the recordings into polished, ready-to-publish course videos. The editing style should be clean, professional, and suitable for an online learning platform. We do not want flashy effects or over-editing. The goal is to make the lessons smooth, clear, and easy to follow. Responsibilities: Edit screen-recorded course lessons with camera-in-corner format Remove mistakes, long pauses, repeated lines, and awkward cuts Improve pacing and flow while keeping the instructor’s delivery natural Clean up audio where needed Adjust camera placement/size if needed Add simple zooms, callouts, or highlights when useful for screen demos Ensure consistent framing, audio levels, and export settings across lessons Export final videos in 1080p MP4 format Keep project files organized and hand over final exports Requirements: Experience editing online courses, tutorials, screen recordings, or technical training videos Strong attention to detail Ability to make educational content feel polished but natural Comfortable working with technical/software training content Experience with Camtasia files is a plus Good English comprehension To apply, please share: Examples of online courses, tutorials, or screen-recording videos you have edited Your editing software Whether you can work with Camtasia project/source files Your rate and availability We will likely start with one module as a paid test.
