Video Editor Needed to Polish & Tune Up a Photo Montage (PowerDirector Project)

Overview: I have built a 3-act, 6–8 minute photo montage in CyberLink PowerDirector (Ultimate/365). The photo curation (approx. 190 images), the main audio tracks, and the core chronological structure are completely laid out. I am looking for an experienced video editor to take my raw project file and elevate it with professional polish, subtle effects, and seamless pacing. What needs to be done: Pacing & Beat Matching: Fine-tune the image durations using PowerDirector's tools to ensure transitions snap perfectly to the rhythm of the soundtrack (especially handling a track with an accelerating tempo). Movement & Framing (Pan/Zoom): Apply elegant, non-distracting motion (Magic Motion / Ken Burns effect) to static photos. Correct framing for any vertical/smartphone photos using professional background blurring techniques. Transitions & Title Cards: Polish 3 custom "cultural transition" intermission cards breaking up the acts. Ensure transitions between songs and sections are seamless, using subtle audio/visual cues. Color & Clarity: Perform basic color correction/exposure balancing so older or lower-resolution photos look as crisp and uniform as possible on a large projector screen. Requirements: Must be highly proficient in CyberLink PowerDirector and able to work directly with the native project file (.pds) so I can retain access for any last-minute tweaks. An eye for high-end, cinematic pacing (avoiding cheesy, over-the-top 3D transition templates). Strong communication and ability to deliver a final, high-resolution broadcast-ready file (1080p/4K MP4).
