Video Editor Needed: Slide Replacement + Topaz AI Video Enhancement

I have narrated training videos and need an editor to update the visuals and clean up embedded video/audio segments. This is the first video of an ongoing project — approximately 20 hours of video content initially, with potential to expand to many more hours over time. What the videos are: MP4 recordings of PowerPoint presentations with voiceover narration. Some videos include short segments of live/filmed footage interspersed between slide segments. Task 1 — Slide Replacement Replace old slide visuals with updated slides at the exact same duration/timestamp the originals occupied. Static full-slide swaps only — no transitions or animations to replicate. I'll provide updated slides as either a PowerPoint file or exported JPG images (your preference — let me know which works better for your workflow). First video: 24 slide replacements, Task 2 — Live Video Enhancement Several short live-video segments are embedded in the presentation and need clarity/color improvement using Topaz Video AI (approx. 2 enhancement passes — doesn't need to be perfect, just noticeably clearer and better color). First video has 7 segments totaling approximately 4–5 minutes. Exact timestamps provided below. Task 3 — Audio Leveling The narration content itself will not change, but there are volume inconsistencies (highs/lows) throughout that need smoothing/normalizing for a more consistent listening level. Output specs: Format: MP4 Resolution: ~720p What I'll provide: Original MP4, updated slides (PPTX or JPG), and timestamp references for video segments.
