The content is professional, informative and trust-based. We are not looking for gimmicky editing or over-the-top effects. We need clean, sharp, credible videos that look polished and are easy to watch. What we need help with: Editing videos in CapCut Adding accurate captions and subtitles Cleaning up voice/audio quality Removing pauses, filler words and awkward cuts Adding professional backgrounds where needed Improving lighting, framing and presentation quality Adding simple text overlays, callouts and section headings Creating versions suitable for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and short-form social clips Keeping the final style professional, clear and consistent Types of videos: Educational YouTube videos LinkedIn videos Facebook videos Short clips cut from longer content Founder-led talking-head videos Explainer videos about builder licence checks, due diligence and construction risk The right person will: Be highly competent in CapCut Have strong experience with captions and subtitles Understand how to edit talking-head business content Be able to make simple footage look more professional Have good judgment on pacing, audio, backgrounds and visual polish Be responsive and reliable Be comfortable working with an Australian business audience Be able to follow a consistent brand style over time Nice to have: Experience editing YouTube educational videos Experience editing LinkedIn thought-leadership videos Ability to create clean thumbnails or title cards Ability to improve voice quality and reduce background noise Understanding of social media video formats Initial project: We will start with one video edit as a paid trial.
