Video Editor Needed for Meta Ads with High Engagement

We’re looking for a skilled video editor to help create 1–2 engaging Meta Ads videos per week in the style of the attached example videos, Each week, we’ll send you: * A finished script * A voiceover audio file * Our library of all clips/product footage * Reference videos for style and pacing (AI video creation skills are encouraged to fill in any clips you may be missing) Your job will be to turn those assets into polished, high-engagement videos with strong hooks, sharp cuts, on-screen facts, captions, pattern interrupts, and engaging pacing. These videos will be used for meta ads, so we need someone who understands how to keep viewers watching from the first second. What you’ll do: * Edit 1–2 videos per week * Match the style, pacing, and structure of the reference videos we provide * Add engaging hooks, text overlays, captions, quick cuts, zooms, b-roll, and visual emphasis where needed * Use our provided clip library as the foundation * Source stock footage or use AI-generated footage when we don’t have the exact clip needed * Make the video feel native to social platforms, not overly polished or corporate * Deliver videos in formats suitable for Meta/TikTok/Reels/Shorts What we’re looking for: * Experience editing short-form, high-retention social videos * Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and viewer psychology * Ability to make videos feel engaging even from simple assets * Comfortable using stock footage and/or AI tools to fill in missing visual gaps * Good eye for captions, on-screen text, cuts, and transitions * Reliable weekly turnaround * Ability to closely follow reference videos without needing excessive direction We are especially interested if you have experience editing videos for health, wellness, beauty, sleep, supplements, or DTC ecommerce brands. We’re looking for someone we can work with consistently every week.
