Video Editor Needed for Property Rental Showreel

Hi, We’re a digital agency looking for a video editor who can turn existing footage into polished, engaging showreels for our clients. For the first project, we have approximately 25 video clips of a rental property featuring a pool and rooftop/outdoor setup. The footage has already been recorded. We need someone who can review the clips, select the strongest moments, and edit them into a clean promotional reel that makes the property feel appealing and worth booking. What we’re looking for You should be able to: * Select and organize the strongest footage * Create a clear flow that shows the property naturally * Use clean cuts and transitions without over-editing * Improve color, exposure, and consistency between clips * Add suitable licensed music and light sound design * Add minimal text or property details where helpful * Keep the edit polished, modern, and authentic * Deliver revisions within an agreed timeline We are not looking for excessive effects, flashy transitions, or a generic social media template. The footage and property should remain the focus. For the first project, we will provide: * Approximately 25 video clips * Property details and rental information * Logo or brand assets, if needed * General direction and any text that should be included * Reference examples where relevant Expected deliverables * One primary property showreel * Clean color correction and audio * Licensed music * High-resolution MP4 export * Editable project file * Vertical and/or horizontal versions depending on the final placement We’ll begin with one paid project. We’re also looking for someone we can continue sending similar video-editing projects to as needed. To apply, please answer the following: 1.
