Video Editor Needed for Reality TV Show on YouTube

We are in the process of creating an engaging reality TV show for YouTube and are looking for a skilled video editor. The ideal candidate should have experience with reality TV formats and be able to craft compelling narratives from raw footage. Attention to detail and creativity are essential to bring our vision to life. Additional context: I am creating a reality TV show on YouTube and am seeking a video editor who understands the format of the show I am creating and is able to take the raw footage to stitch it together into a final episode. I have many hours of raw footage recorded for each episode being produced and would like to have you go through the content to piece it together into the final product. I have Premiere Pro myself so we can operate in a shared project and I can add notes there but if you have another preferred method of collaborating, let me know. The game show is within a genre called "Data Sports" and we are taking data analysis and using various softwares to have contestants compete in each episode. They must perform challenges against one another and there is a winner at the end of each episode. The premise follows the TV game show "survivor" with contestants but takes place online with software. There is footage of all participants individually and we have group shots as well. Some episodes may require additional Broll or reshoots but I'd like to stitch together a first version and then we can go back and make additional edits from there. I can provide a music library but if you have royalty free music which fits the genre you can use that too. Generally, the format of the show follows an intro bump, me explaining the rules of the challenge, the players competing in a challenge, results of challenge 1 + a round of voting, an elimination challenge, and then the elimination of a player with the final end credits. To help in understanding what we are creating I have a few assets that can be reviewed. - This is the first episode we produced: (link removed) - This is a video game series which has a format/look/feel with the music and pacing that I want to model off of. You can skim through here to see how they do character intros, pace the video, use music, etc. to see what I have in mind for the general feel: (link removed) If this project sounds like something that you have interest and proficiency in then I'd like to work together for a couple weeks to see what you can begin with and see how it feels in editing this. If it feels like a good fit then we may increase the hours if you have capacity to move at a quicker pace. There are currently 4 episodes that need editing with each episode's final length being approximately 30 minutes in length similar to the first episode. We are already producing season 2 of this series so if this works well for season 1 then we will have lots more work going through next year as well.
