Video Editor Needed for Short-Form Educational Content (Test Project with Long-Term Potential)

I am looking for an experienced video editor to edit a short talking-head educational video (approximately 2–5 minutes in length). For this initial project, I plan to hire three editors to edit the same video so I can compare editing styles, creativity, communication, and overall quality. My goal is to identify one or more editors with whom I can build a long-term working relationship for future projects. What I'm Looking For Fluent English communication skills Experience editing content for: Instagram TikTok YouTube Ability to perform basic, intermediate, and advanced editing techniques as needed Strong understanding of audience engagement and retention Creative judgment regarding pacing, visual enhancements, captions, graphics, transitions, and overall presentation Ability to take a simple talking-head video and make it engaging without over-editing Project Details Video length: approximately 2–5 minutes Talking-head educational content All primary footage and assets will be provided For this project, no additional footage sourcing is required Editors may use any professional editing software of their choice except CapCut Editing Approach I am intentionally looking for editors with different creative styles. Rather than providing extensive editing instructions, I would like to see how you approach the footage and what creative decisions you make.
