Video Editor Needed for Tour Content, Reels & Event Recaps

I’m looking for a talented video editor to work with me on a long-term basis. I run a photography and videography business, creating content for artists, brands, nightlife venues, tours, and events. Most of the work will consist of editing short-form reels, event recap videos, tour content, and social media content, with the occasional longer-form project. I’m looking for someone who has a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and clean, modern edits. You should be confident with colour grading, sound design, motion graphics (where appropriate), and creating engaging content that performs well on social media. What I’m looking for: * Experience editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. * Strong understanding of cinematic editing and storytelling. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects is a bonus). * Reliable communication and the ability to meet deadlines. * Comfortable taking feedback and working from creative briefs. This is a remote, paid position with ongoing work for the right person. I’ll provide all footage via Google Drive along with clear instructions and references where needed.
