Video Editor Needed for YouTube

I'm hiring a part-time video editor for my marketing company. I interview people remotely and I need someone who can turn the footage into a YouTube video. I will give you the footage and the transcript. On the transcript, I will denote what edits I want, and where. There are only a handful of different editing techniques you'll use over and over again. I am an experienced video editor, and I have edited a few videos in my preferred style myself today to see how long this takes once I had all assets, and it only took me about an hour per four-minute video. Some videos will be longer, and will take longer. This is NOT a job for you if you plan on uploading the footage to Opus Clip or Descript. I have managed video editors for years now and I can tell when it's being done by an AI. You MUST do this work yourself and ideally inside Adobe Premiere so we can pass project files back and forth. Right now each of my recording sessions is yielding about 7-10 YouTube videos, so these would be bulk orders. In order to apply, provide a portfolio of your work. Applicants who move beyond the first interview will be asked to participate in a paid sample project to evaluate how well you follow direction.
