Video Editor Needed

We are looking for a video editor -- preferably someone who is extremely interested in pursuing editing as a career but who has not been given a chance to show their chops and wants to gain experience and grow their skills. I am a business consultant and looking to grow my online presence + I have projects with other clients I'm looking to grow. We are in need of an editor who can give us daily consistent hours and who can turn around projects quickly (mostly short content pieces) Ideally you are proficient and taking a clip and editing the footage to tell a story from the content. Mostly chopping up long videos and turning the interesting pieces into shorts... or taking a video of a 1-2 min talking head and making it easy to watch as content. Our videos will fill our TOF for social content, testimonials, and more. We love working with highly motivated professionals who are looking to get a start and want an place to experiment and grow.
