Video Editor – Performance Marketing.

We're looking for a video editor with experience producing strong video ads. What you'll be doing: -Editing direct-response video ads for paid social platforms. -Developing your own concepts, angles, and hooks based on market observation and performance data. -Iterating on existing creatives to improve performance. -Producing multiple variations for split testing. What we're looking for: -Proven experience editing paid social video ads. -A creative strategist mindset — you generate ideas and follow direction with the same level of quality. -Fast, high-quality output with the ability to handle volume. -Strong grasp of hooks, pacing, and direct-response principles. -Fluent in English, reliable, communicative, and available during North American business hours. Strong performers will be considered for pay increases and full-time employment as the relationship develops.
