Video Editor — Remote Workstation Access — Multiple Hires (Part-Time/Full-Time)

We're hiring 2 to 4 video editors immediately — part-time or full-time, available between 10am and 6pm central standard time Monday through Friday. How this works: You don't edit on your own machine. You connect remotely (Splashtop, TeamViewer, or similar) to our editing station(s) and work directly in our setup. We need editors comfortable on both platforms — 1-2 who can work on a PC and 1-2 who can work on a Mac. What you'll be doing: Pre-editing / organizing and selecting footage Color grading Pacing and story-driven edits Full assembly and finishing in Adobe Premiere Pro Motion graphics, titles, and effects work in After Effects as needed Required skills: Strong editing fundamentals: pacing, story structure, color grading Premiere Pro — this is where final edits happen, daily use required After Effects — comfortable building or modifying motion graphics, not just basic edits General fluency across the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Media Encoder, etc.) Reliable internet connection capable of handling remote desktop editing (Splashtop, TeamViewer, or similar) Available for a quick start — we're hiring fast Pay: Project-based pricing. Project Rates typically average $15-25 per hr depending on skillset, speed, and availability. Stronger After Effects/motion graphics skills and broader availability trend toward the higher end. Required before starting: All editors must sign an NDA covering both our company and our clients' work before receiving access.
