Video Editor — Short Form Social Content (CapCut)

We're an AI production studio creating high-volume short-form social content for global brands. Looking for a fast, reliable video editor to join our team part-time. This is production work. You'll receive raw AI-generated shots and assemble them into clean, punchy social videos with tight timing, audio, and lip-sync. The role: - Edit 7-15 second social videos from supplied shots - Assembly, timing, pacing and cuts in CapCut - Add and sync audio, including voice lines and lip-sync - Clean up and polish: stabilise, colour match, remove artifacts - Deliver multiple edit variations (A/B/C) per concept - Export to spec (9:16, 1080x1920, MP4) - Work within tight revision cycles What we need: - Strong sense of pacing and timing for social - Clean, premium output, not over-edited - Ability to match a reference edit and keep consistency across a batch - Fast turnaround and clear communication Tools: - CapCut (primary) - Frame.io, Figma, Notion, Slack for feedback and workflow - Other editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci) a plus How we work: - Briefs and references via Notion and Frame.io - Feedback via Frame.io and Figma - Communication via Slack - Volume target: multiple videos per week once in flow Engagement: - Part-time, hourly - Ongoing, around 2 months initially with option to extend - Start with a paid trial task To apply, send: - 2-3 short-form social videos you've edited - A brief note on your editing workflow and tools - Your availability for the next 2 months We move fast and value editors who can deliver clean, production-ready work with minimal back and forth.
