Video Editor (Short Form)

About the job We run a content agency. Our clients are experts (doctors, coaches, business owners) who record themselves talking on their phone. Your job is to turn their raw recording into a clean, finished reel (vertical video, about 60 seconds). This job is simple. For every video, you get 3 things: The raw video — the client reading a script on their phone. They make mistakes, pause, and repeat lines. That's normal. The script — the exact words they are supposed to say, in order. A source video — an example reel that already went viral. Your edit should look almost identical to this example: same style of cuts, same caption style, same pacing. What you do: Watch the source video once so you know what the finished reel should look like. Cut out all mistakes, pauses, and repeated lines from the raw video, so it follows the script from start to finish and feels like one smooth take. Add captions and edit the style to match the source video as closely as you can. Upload the finished reel and mark it done in our system (very easy — we will show you). That's it. No scriptwriting, no finding content, no posting. Just clean editing. Pay: $5 USD per finished reel. Paid 2 times per month (on the 4th and the 18th) through our payment system. Consistent volume — our editors regularly do 20–60+ reels per month, and good editors get more clients assigned. Requirements: You can edit vertical short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) You can match the style of an example video closely You can finish videos within 24–48 hours of receiving them Good communication — if something is missing (like the script), you tell us instead of guessing To apply: Send 1–3 examples of talking-head reels you have edited (captions included).
