Video Editor & Social Content Assistant – Italian Speaking – Ongoing Collaboration

We are looking for an **Italian-speaking Video Editor & Social Content Assistant** for an ongoing collaboration on **Gelato Mind**, an Italian business education platform dedicated to entrepreneurs in the artisan gelato industry. **IMPORTANT: excellent understanding of Italian is required**, as all videos and content are in Italian. ### This is NOT a Social Media Strategy role Marketing strategy, positioning, content topics, scripts and communication guidelines will already be provided. We are looking for a highly **operational, organized, reliable and autonomous person** who can take recorded video content and manage the production workflow through to publication. The founder records multiple videos in batch sessions. Your job will be to transform this raw material into professional social content and keep the entire production process organized. ### Main responsibilities * Edit raw video content * Create Instagram/Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts * Extract valuable short clips from longer videos * Remove pauses, mistakes and unnecessary sections * Add accurate Italian subtitles * Highlight key concepts and words * Improve audio/video when necessary * Add simple branded graphic elements * Create Reel covers and simple YouTube thumbnails * Create occasional Canva graphics/carousels * Adapt content to different social formats * Organize RAW, edited, approved and published files * Upload and schedule approved content * Maintain the content production calendar * Track published content and basic performance metrics ### Main platforms * Instagram * Facebook * YouTube * potentially Telegram ### Tools You should be comfortable with most of the following: * CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve * Canva * Meta Business Suite * Instagram / Facebook * YouTube Studio * Google Drive / Google Sheets Experience using **AI tools to accelerate video editing, transcription, subtitles, clipping and content production is highly appreciated.** ### Style Gelato Mind is a professional business education project. We are NOT looking for overly aggressive editing, excessive transitions or entertainment-style effects. You may receive **10–15 raw videos at once**, together with scripts, communication guidelines and a publishing plan. We expect you to organize the material, edit it, prepare the required formats and move it through the workflow until it is ready for approval and publication. The goal is to build a **stable and efficient content production system**, not to manage isolated video editing assignments. ### Initial collaboration We would like to start with a **small paid test / initial trial period**. If the collaboration works well, our goal is to establish an ongoing monthly relationship as Gelato Mind develops. ### To apply Please include: 1. A short introduction about yourself 2.
