We're looking for an experienced video editor and performance marketer to help grow our HVAC & Plumbing company on Facebook and Instagram. We provide the raw content. You turn it into videos that generate views, engagement, and qualified leads. Responsibilities 1. Edit 4 high-quality short-form videos per week 2. Create engaging videos with strong hooks, captions, and pacing 3. Manage posting on Facebook & Instagram 4. Run Meta ad campaigns and A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging 5. Track analytics (views, watch time, CTR, CPL, etc.) and continuously optimize performance 6. Grow our social media presence with minimal direction 7. Focus on generating the lowest cost per lead, not just views Requirements - Proven experience managing Facebook & Instagram content for local service businesses - Strong portfolio of short-form videos - Experience with Meta Ads Manager and performance analytics - Able to work independently and make data-driven decisions To apply, send: 1.
