Video Editor & Social Media Growth Specialist (Part Time/Freelance) 54 Days of Roses (Instagram: @54daysofroses) is a Catholic ministry reaching listeners in over 150 countries through our podcast, YouTube channel, Instagram, and prayer community. Our mission is to help people grow closer to God through the 54 Day Rosary Novena. We’re looking for a creative, faith friendly video editor who understands short form content and wants to help us expand our reach on Instagram. What You’ll Do • Edit Instagram Reels using CapCut, Canva, or similar editing software • Add captions, graphics, transitions, B roll, and music that increase engagement • Turn long form podcast clips into compelling short form content • Suggest new Reel ideas based on current Instagram trends • Review our Instagram account and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth • Stay up to date with Instagram algorithm changes and best practices • Help maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity We’re Looking For Someone Who • Has experience editing engaging Instagram Reels • Is highly proficient in CapCut and/or Canva • Understands storytelling and how to hook viewers within the first 3 seconds • Knows how to create content that people watch, save, share, and comment on • Is proactive and brings creative ideas instead of waiting for direction • Has excellent communication skills and meets deadlines • Bonus if you’re familiar with Catholic content or faith based creators What We’ll Provide • Raw video footage • Brand guidelines and messaging • Collaboration on content ideas • Consistent projects each month Nice to Have • Experience growing Instagram accounts • Understanding of analytics and engagement metrics • Ability to repurpose content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts • Basic graphic design skills Position Details Part time or freelance Remote Flexible schedule Please include: • Portfolio or examples of Instagram Reels you’ve edited • Your favorite editing software • Any Instagram accounts you’ve helped grow • Your hourly rate or per Reel pricing If you’re passionate about creating meaningful content that inspires people and you’re excited to help grow a global Catholic ministry, we’d love to hear from you.
