Video Editor - Social Media Reels

Short-Form Video Editor (TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts) We’re a New Zealand-based digital marketing agency looking for a talented video editing partner to work alongside our in-house videographers. You’ll receive raw footage and turn it into engaging, high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts. Edits must be done in Capcut and shared with us so we can collaborate on the edits. What we’re looking for * Proven experience editing viral or high-performing short-form content * Strong understanding of pacing, hooks and retention * Ability to add captions, graphics, sound effects and music that enhance engagement * Experience editing content for businesses and brands * Fast turnaround times and reliable communication * Fluent English To apply Please send: * Your portfolio (must include short-form content) * 3 to 5 examples of your best TikTok/Reels edits * A brief overview of your editing experience * Confirmation that you will do all edits in Capcut * Your hourly rate or per-video pricing * Your typical turnaround time We’re looking for someone (or multiple people) we can build a long-term relationship with.
