Video Editor – Storytelling, Retention & Viral Content

Can your edits keep people watching? We’re looking for a storyteller, not a button pusher. Your job is to transform raw footage into emotionally engaging videos that maximize retention and shareability. You’ll work with original cinematic content while constantly testing pacing, emotion, hooks, and audience psychology. You’ll thrive if you: * Love storytelling. * Study successful creators. * Understand retention. * Use AI to edit smarter and faster. This is NOT for editors who rely on flashy transitions instead of strong storytelling. Compensation: USD $300–500/month + performance bonuses. Contract: 4–6 months, renewable. To apply, send: 1.
