Video Editor & AI Video Creator — B-Roll Editing + AI-Generated Character Videos (Ongoing)

I'm looking for a skilled video editor who can handle two types of work on an ongoing basis: 1. B-Roll Video Editing I'll send you raw B-roll footage regularly. You'll need to edit it into polished, engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). This includes cutting, pacing, transitions, text overlays, captions, and making the content feel clean and scroll-stopping. 2. AI-Generated Character Videos I also need someone who can create AI-generated talking character videos — specifically in the style of accounts like Baby News Network (@babynewsnetworkyt). If you're not familiar, these are videos where AI-generated characters (babies, stylized figures, etc.) are placed in a news desk or podcast-style setting and deliver scripted commentary with lip-synced AI voices. The full workflow includes: Generating character images using AI image tools (Leonardo AI, Midjourney, Flux, or similar) Creating or applying AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs Lip-syncing the audio to the character using tools like Hedra, Lipsync.video, CapCut, Runway, or similar Compositing the final video with backgrounds, lower thirds, text overlays, and any additional motion graphics Exporting in vertical (9:16) and/or horizontal (16:9) formats depending on the project 3. ElevenLabs Voiceover You must be comfortable using ElevenLabs to generate AI voiceovers from scripts I provide. This applies to both the B-roll edits and the AI character videos. I'll supply the scripts — you handle voice generation and syncing.
