Video Editor & AI Video Creator for Meta Ads Reels YouTube & UGC Content

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor & AI Video Creator to support ongoing content production across social media and paid advertising channels. The ideal candidate should understand both traditional editing and AI-assisted workflows to create engaging, retention-focused videos. Scope of Work: • Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Meta Ads • Create AI-assisted video content using AI avatars, generated scenes, and creative tools when needed • Produce UGC-style ads and performance-focused creatives • Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, transitions, and visual enhancements • Turn raw footage and scripts into polished final videos • Create multiple cutdowns and variations for testing and different platforms Requirements: • Strong experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut • Experience with AI video tools (Veo, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar) • Understanding of pacing, retention, and visual storytelling • Ability to communicate clearly and deliver on schedule Deliverables: • YouTube videos • Reels / Shorts • Meta Ad creatives • AI UGC videos • Talking-head edits Preferred: • Experience with direct-response ads • Understanding of social media content trends • Experience with AI content workflows Project Type: Ongoing / Long-Term Please share portfolio examples and briefly explain your editing and AI workflow.
