Video Editor – Visual Content Development (Full-Time | Remote)

We're looking for a talented and skilled Video Editor to join our Visual Content Development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into compelling visual content and takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality work. You'll collaborate on a variety of projects involving creator content, branded assets, marketing materials, and digital campaigns, helping shape engaging videos that align with creative objectives while maintaining strong production standards. We're especially interested in editors who are adaptable, creative, and open to incorporating modern technologies—including AI-powered tools—into their editing workflow to improve efficiency without compromising quality. Contribution: - Transform raw footage into polished, engaging video content - Create multiple edit variations to explore different creative directions and messaging - Refine pacing, storytelling, sequencing, and overall visual flow - Enhance videos with captions, motion graphics, music, sound design, transitions, and other creative elements when appropriate - Utilize AI-assisted tools and emerging workflows to support content development and production efficiency - Apply feedback thoughtfully while maintaining consistency and attention to detail - Organize project assets and contribute to an efficient post-production workflow - Collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver projects on time and at a high standard What We're Looking For - Professional experience in video editing and post-production - Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual communication - Ability to adapt editing styles based on different creative objectives - Experience working with creator content, branded content, or marketing assets is a plus - Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and willingness to learn new technologies - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management - Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Software & Tools (Experience with more of the following is preferred): Adobe Premiere Pro | After Effects | CapCut | DaVinci Resolve | Final Cut Pro | Higgsfield Experience That Stands Out - User-Generated Content (UGC) - Commercial or branded content - Beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands - E-commerce content - Performance-driven creative projects - Fast-paced content production environments Compensation & Work Agreement - Full-Time Remote Position | Minimum of 35 hours per week - Long-term Opportunity with Consistent Workload - Collaborative and Supportive Creative Team Compensation: $10-$18 USD per hour, depending on your experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role.
