Video Editor – Webinars, Podcasts, and Corporate Learning Content (B2B)

We are a leadership development and consulting firm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Video Editor to support ongoing projects. You will primarily edit recorded webinars, podcast interviews, executive conversations, and microlearning videos for professional, business audiences. This is not a social media / TikTok-style editing role. We need clean, polished, professional edits suitable for LinkedIn, YouTube, company websites, and learning platforms. Responsibilities Edit recorded webinars, workshops, and virtual training sessions into clean, professional videos Edit podcast interviews, speaking engagements, and executive conversations Create shorter clips and highlight reels from long-form content Repurpose webinars, podcasts, and presentations into additional assets (e.g., clips, microlearning modules) Add light motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and branded elements Clean up audio, remove distractions, and improve overall viewing experience Create and proofread closed captions (grammar, spelling, punctuation, readability, speaker flow) Integrate slides, presentation materials, and client-provided assets Export files in the required formats and organize final deliverables clearly Requirements Proven experience editing professional, educational, training, or corporate content Strong attention to detail and quality Excellent English comprehension and writing skills Strong captioning and proofreading ability (closed captions and on-screen text) Ability to produce polished edits without heavy effects or trendy transitions Familiarity with webinar recordings, virtual presentations, podcasts, and microlearning content Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines What This Role Is Not Not a TikTok, Reels, or Shorts editing role Not focused on Facebook/Instagram content or highly animated social media edits Content should feel professional, thoughtful, and suitable for business and executive audiences Most outputs will be used on LinkedIn, YouTube, company websites, and learning platforms.
