Video Editor and AI Content Creator for Faceless Social Media (Kids Animation)

Hello! We’re a kids animation app building out our organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and soon YouTube Shorts and Facebook. -We produce short-form, faceless animated content for kids and families — think character moments, mini-story clips, sing-along loops, "lore" reveals, and trend-driven remixes built around our original animated characters and worlds. -We're looking for an AI creator + editor who can take reference material (character designs, world rules, voice/style guides, and raw assets) and turn out a high volume of polished, on-brand 9:16 vertical videos using AI generation tools plus strong editing. OUR GOAL: -To create viral content for our kids animation parent app Goodwatch (trygoodwatch.com) and one of our individual series. You will work with our social media manager(s) and Head of Content to create a LOT of content from our kids series. You will likely be using our own in-house, proprietary AI-production tools to super efficiently create social media videos and assets based on the worlds, characters and stories from the different kids animation series in the app. But you will need strong familiarity with AI video generation, specifically character consistency and being able to match a style and world perfectly. . ———— What you'll be making ———— * 15–45 second vertical clips: character moments, short story beats, sing-along/loop content, and trend remixes * Content that stays strictly on-model — characters and worlds must look and feel consistent every time * Native exports per platform (no cross-platform watermarks) * Hooks that land in the first 1.5 seconds ———— Must-haves ———— * Demonstrated experience making AI-generated or hybrid animation (we'll want to see this) * Strong short-form editing in CapCut and/or Premiere, including motion/text/sound design basics * Fluency with current AI generation and animation tooling * Trend literacy for IG Reels and TikTok * Reliable, quota-based output on a consistent schedule ———— Strongly preferred ———— * You've specifically made kids' animation content and understand that world — pacing, safety, rewatchability, what works for young viewers and the parents watching with them * You've grown or contributed to a content account/page (we want to see results, not just clips) ———— To apply — please include all of the following (applications missing these will be skipped): 1. How do you keep them on-model? 5. Have you made content specifically for kids? What did you learn about what works for that audience that doesn't apply to general short-form? 6.
