Video Editor and Content Producer

Bespoke Agency is hiring a full-time Video Editor. This is not a generalist role. We want someone who lives and breathes video, moves fast, and produces elite-level content without hand-holding. If you're the type who clocks in, does the minimum, and clocks out, this isn't for you. We want an assassin. What You'll Be Doing Editing podcast clips and short-form video content for LinkedIn and social Cutting long-form episodes into punchy, scroll-stopping clips Using AI tools to accelerate turnaround without sacrificing quality Maintaining a consistent visual style across all content Delivering clean, ready-to-publish edits with minimal revision rounds What We're Looking For Proven video editing experience, short-form content especially Proficiency with AI editing tools including Higgs Field and Descript AI Fast turnaround, high output, no excuses Strong eye for pacing, hooks, and what makes someone stop scrolling Self-directed, you don't need to be chased for updates or managed closely Someone who takes pride in the craft and wants to grow with a fast-moving agency Compensation Up to $500/month Full-time, remote Performance-based growth available Long-term opportunity for the right person Trial Task Before any hire, we run a task.
