The candidate must be able to: Create scroll-stopping ad videos Produce multiple variations for A/B testing Use AI tools to scale content production Work with existing marketing materials and external video sources Deliver content consistently with minimum 6 hours daily availability 🧠 Skills Required 🎬 Editing & Production Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects CapCut Final Cut Pro (optional) Motion graphics, color grading, sound design 🤖 AI Tools (added advantage) Runway ML Pika Labs Adobe Firefly Descript Synthesia / HeyGen 👉 Ability to combine AI + manual editing workflows 📈 Marketing Knowledge Paid ads creatives (Google, TikTok, Meta) Social media algorithms Hook-based storytelling (first 3 seconds) Conversion-focused video creation 🎥 Content Sourcing Ability to: Source stock footage & UGC content Use limited raw materials effectively Convert basic assets into premium creatives ⚡ Soft Skills Fast turnaround time Strong storytelling ability Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple campaigns Proactive and experimental mindset 🎯 Scope of Work 📢 Ad Creatives Produce multiple ad variations daily/weekly Create high-performing video ads Optimize based on performance metrics 🤖 AI Content Production Generate videos using AI tools Create bulk creatives (10–50 per campaign) Automate editing workflows 📱 Social Media Content TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts Trend-based, platform-native content 🎥 Website & Brand Content Landing page videos Travel/hotel promotional content Brand-aligned visuals 🎥 Content & Asset Management Source and organize: Video footage Marketing materials Brand assets Maintain structured content library 📊 Performance Optimization Improve creatives based on: CTR Conversion rate Watch time 💰 Budget Depending on experience level: 👉 Performance-based incentives recommended (per winning ad / KPI targets) 📍 Location Alternative: Remote (overseas) with proven experience Must be available for: Minimum 6 hours per day Fast communication and revisions Hiring Positioning (added advantage) “We’re hiring a performance-driven AI Video Editor who can source, create, and scale high-converting content across multiple platforms.” You can share your video materials upon discussion
