We're not looking for an agency. We're looking for one person who just gets it. We're a playful creative brand that lives on Reels and TikTok and we're done playing it safe. Right now we're in full experiment mode, testing new content formats and searching for the style that becomes unmistakably ours. We need someone who has actually made content go viral, knows what tasteful design looks like, and gets genuinely excited about figuring out what works. This isn't a task list role. It's a creative partnership. WHAT YOU'LL OWN You'll be running our content R&D from the front. That means pitching new ideas, editing trial reels, seeing what resonates with real audiences and using those lessons to keep pushing the work forward. You set the direction and you drive it. Visual design is a big deal to us. We've been burned by editors who pile on effects and hope something sticks. We want someone who treats every frame as a design decision. Layout, spacing, composition, knowing when to strip something back. If you have a strong instinct for what to leave out, we want to talk to you. Typography is part of the job in a real way. Not captions, not default text. We're talking intentional font choices, motion, hierarchy, type that actually adds to the story rather than sitting on top of it. Sound matters just as much. The right music drop, the right SFX, the pacing that makes someone watch all the way through. You use audio as a storytelling tool and you know the difference between a track that works and one that just fills silence. You'll also be helping us figure out what short-form content looks like for our brand long term. Not just editing videos but thinking about formats, systems and what gives content a real shot at performing. THIS IS YOU You're a freelancer working on your own, not through an agency and not handing anything off to someone else. You've made content that has actually gone viral and you have the receipts to prove it. Your portfolio shows as much taste as it does creativity. You can explain your design decisions out loud without hesitating. You're someone who gets more excited by a blank brief than stressed by it and you can move fast without the work looking like it. THIS PROBABLY ISN'T YOU IF You represent an agency or plan to involve anyone else in the work. You default to adding more when something isn't working instead of simplifying. You need a detailed brief before your brain starts moving. You're more comfortable executing than ideating. This is a real chance to shape something from the ground up with full creative trust.
