Video Editor (.braw) for documentary / interview educational videos

We're looking for an editor who can transform artist interviews into premium educational films, not simply polished interview edits. The ideal editor should have experience with: Documentary or cinematic interview editing. Premium educational content or long-form storytelling. Strong editorial judgment and story shaping. Creating engaging pacing without relying on fast cuts. Using B-roll intentionally to reinforce ideas and emotion. Building a cohesive lesson from interview footage, not simply preserving chronology. Professional multi-camera editing. High-end color correction and cinematic grading. Crisp, natural dialogue mixing and audio enhancement. Selecting subtle, tasteful background music that supports the lesson. Minimal, elegant title cards and graphics that enhance rather than distract. Maintaining a consistent visual language across an entire content library. We are not looking for a traditional talking-head interview edit. We really want a storyteller and thought partner.
