Looking for a creative video editor to join our team making commentary videos about Asian internet culture and extreme beauty trends. This is a faceless, commentary-style channel, think fast, clean visual storytelling built from screenshots, social clips, and text-on-screen, cut tightly to the rhythm of a voiceover. I will provide you with the script & voiceover to use as narration, plus source material and links. ✅📋The Role Requirements: - Visual storytelling from sourced material (screenshots, short clips, reaction images) - 1–2 videos per week - Clean subtitles / captions with emphasis effects - The video run will be 10–16 minutes long - Genuine interest in Asian beauty culture and internet drama is preferred 🎞️✂️Editing Style - Screen recordings & screenshots of social platforms (Douyin, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Reddit, comment sections) - B-roll of the trends, procedures, and people being discussed - Bold on-screen text for every key number, name and currency figure, these "specificity spikes" are the backbone of the format - Meme-style cutaways and reaction beats for the comedy moments - Sound effects and atmospheric touches to enhance the narrative - Minimal transitions or flashy effects, the focus is creative timing and using basic elements in clever ways You’ll be expected to follow the tone and rhythm of the voiceover and build a compelling visual narrative using pre-existing imagery, simple animations, and your editing instincts.
