Video Editor for Course Introduction Videos

We are looking for an experienced motion designer/video editor to create a series of 10 weekly introduction videos (approximately 1–2 minutes each) for an online higher education course. We will first trial one video ($100). If that looks good, we will hire the designer to complete all 10 videos for that course ($1000 per course). We have several other courses that are ready to develop as well, and hoping to find a designer that would continue with us to develop these courses over the next few months. We will provide: -Raw footage of an instructor presenting to camera on a green screen -The script used for each video -Sample videos demonstrating the style we're aiming for -Branded opening and closing slides -Brand guidelines Your role is to transform the raw footage into polished, professional videos by: -Keying out the green screen -Editing the talking-head footage for pace and clarity -Adding simple motion graphics, titles, callouts, stock video/images where appropriate -Adding basic transitions and ensuring a clean, modern look We're looking for someone who: -Has strong video editing and motion graphics skills using Adobe Premiere and After Effects -Has experience creating educational, corporate or training videos -Has a good eye for pacing, visual storytelling and clean graphic design -Communicates well and is responsive to feedback -Can deliver a consistent look and feel across all 10 videos
