Video Editor for Direct Response Meta Ads (FB/IG)

Short-Form Video Editor (Direct Response Ads) We're a growing eCommerce brand looking for a video editor who gets direct response. You'll turn raw footage and scripts into short-form ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) built to grab attention and convert. What you'll do: - Edit short-form ads (30–60 sec) for physical products - Spot the best clips in raw footage and keep files organized - Nail the pacing the script calls for, fast, slow, or mixed - Source stock footage and sound effects when needed - Add basic graphics/VFX to show off product features (nothing fancy) Optional: produce AI-generated content such as AI UGC and AI B-roll. AI experience isn't required, but it's a skill we'd love to have on the team — we'll provide AI credits and support so you can develop it if you're open to expanding into this area.
