Summary We run IncHub Founders Blueprint, a YouTube channel focused on UAE company formation, tax, and corporate advisory content for founders and investors. We need a skilled video editor who can take a recorded talking-head/presentation video and turn it into a polished, professional educational video with strong motion design and complementary short-form content. What the Job Involves Edit one main YouTube video (10–15 minutes) Create 4–5 short-form Reels/Shorts cut from the same footage Add professional animations, lower thirds, transitions, and text overlays suited to educational/finance content Sync visuals to key talking points (motion graphics over data, laws, numbers, process steps) Colour grade, clean audio, add background music (royalty-free) Export: YouTube 1080p/4K + vertical 9:16 for Reels Style Requirements Clean, modern, corporate-professional aesthetic Animated text callouts and kinetic typography for key stats/facts Lower thirds for speaker name and title Smooth transitions — no overdesigned effects, this is educational not entertainment Reference channels: think Hector Garcia QuickBooks, Nolan Matthias, or similar finance/business educators Deliverables 1 x edited long-form YouTube video (10–15 min), exported 1080p minimum 4–5 x vertical Reels/Shorts (30–90 sec each), platform-ready Project file (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve preferred) All exports via Google Drive or WeTransfer To Apply — You Must Include 2–3 samples of educational or business/finance video edits you have done (YouTube links or Drive) At least one Reel/Short you cut from a longer video Your preferred editing software Realistic turnaround time Do not apply if you only have entertainment/music/travel editing experience.
